Returned a pair of shoes

I returned a pair of shoes in December 2022, the return took 4 weeks to show up on my account, I called, and I was told not to make the 1st payment, to wait until the return was processed and refund. 2 days later I checked my account, there was a $15 late fee and a 50-cent finance charge.

I called Mason Pay again; I was told I would receive a credit. 2 weeks later I checked my account again, the refund had been posted, I was charged a $11 restock fee, another $15.00 late fee and another 50-cent finance charge. I called again. So here we are a year later, made numerous calls to mason pay.

A $60 pair of returned shoes has cost me $175. I was hoping they would do something with the late fees as promised. I called them again tonight; I was told there are no records of me calling them in the past about this account.

Horrible customer service! I would not recommend mason pay to anyone!

I returned a pair of sandles, I paid my 1st payment on the shoes,, and waited to recieve my credit for the sandles. While waiting for my credit, I receive a late fee, for a payment that I already paid. I called and was told I would get the credit, I never received the credit, nor did they remove the late fees as promised

Im trying to place an order online and the website kept crashing so I had to call you to get your phone number and call you was a pain in the butt on the website then When I had to wait for shipping approval when I have a line of credit, I didnt understand so I asked Ruth transferred the credit department and then I got transferred to her three times and still got no one. Now I have to go see the process of calling again which is a pain in the butt.
